Professionals engaged in transformer operation management have drawn some useful enlightenment from years of experience in dealing with accidents: the quality of transformer products depends on the quality management of the whole process starting from model selection and ordering. It is necessary to pass the factory routine test, but it is only a link in the whole quality assurance system; On the premise of meeting the basic use functions, the power transformer should simplify the product structure as much as possible, select reasonable performance parameters, and cannot be neglected; As the improvement of a certain link in the whole transformer structure system, we should try our best to adopt mature technology and verify experiments in advance, so as to promote it in a large area; The structural design should adapt to the process and material conditions of the factory, and the advanced design should be guaranteed by the process
