The trend of transformer safety and quality and the problems that should be paid attention to in further development
let 4million plastic bottles revitalize. China's transformer manufacturing industry has long followed the model of planned economy, with scattered distribution, outdated technology, low degree of large-scale and intensive production, and lack of market competitiveness. Since the reform and opening up, although Shenyang, Xi'an and Baoding transformer plants have introduced the technology of Alstom in France and Hitachi in Japan to produce high-voltage and ultra-high voltage power transformers, and other large and medium-sized transformer plants have also introduced foreign advanced technology to varying degrees, there are still some problems in digestion and absorption. In recent years, foreign investors are optimistic about China's power transmission and transformation market, and have set up joint ventures in China. Following ABB in Hefei, Siemens in Jinan and ABB in Shanghai, companies such as Changzhou Toshiba, abb in Chongqing, abb in Zhongshan, Guangdong and Yilin in Guangzhou have also been put into production. Joint ventures such as Shanghai Mwb and Wuxi Nissin have also been put into production in the transformer industry. These joint ventures can carry out complex data analysis when they join domestic competition, which will promote the domestic transformer manufacturing industry in the long run. In addition, in the 1980s and 1990s, in order to meet the urgent needs of domestic 500kV power development, the state also imported a large number of EHV transformers, reactors, and transformer equipment from more than a dozen foreign manufacturers. However, the state has now expressly restricted the import of power generation and transmission equipment supporting units below 500MW, in order to protect local industry and the domestic market
for many years, domestic and foreign manufacturers have provided a large number of power transformer products for domestic electricity. Most of the equipment has been running well and plays its due role in electricity. However, the undeniable fact is that the accident rate of domestic power transformers (including imported transformers) is still higher than that of foreign countries, with many defects. The problem of oil leakage has not been well solved, and power transformer accidents are still the main aspect threatening the safe operation of electricity
it should be emphasized that in addition to some accidental accidents, and some accidents caused by improper operation and maintenance of power system operators or natural disasters, there are also malignant accidents caused by poor product manufacturing quality in batches. For example, in the early stage, the effect of some transformer products was judged by taking three groups of 18 arithmetic mean values, including inter turn short circuit accidents, fence dendritic creepage accidents, 500kV transformer main insulation breakdown accidents, and auxiliary double split transformer accidents. As well as the accidents caused by the lack of short-circuit resistance of 110kV transformer and the deterioration of insulation oil, which are common in recent years. The power system is forced to take emergency measures for the types of power transformer accidents with tendencies in the above different periods, formulate corresponding measures, and feed back the opinions to the relevant manufacturers. The problem is that some quality accidents of power transformers are often difficult to detect at the beginning, and they are not gradually exposed until they have been in operation for several years. The lagging phenomenon of such accidents makes us pay a high price for them again and again, and puts the power sector in a very passive position, which is really thought-provoking. Professionals engaged in transformer operation management have drawn some useful enlightenment from years of experience in dealing with accidents: the quality of transformer products depends on the quality management of the whole process starting from model selection and ordering. It is necessary to pass the factory routine test, but it is only a link in the whole quality assurance system; On the premise of meeting the basic use functions, the power transformer should simplify the product structure as much as possible, select reasonable performance parameters, and cannot be neglected; As the improvement of a certain link in the whole transformer structure system, we should try our best to adopt mature technology and verify experiments in advance, so as to promote it in a large area; The structural design should adapt to the process and material conditions of the factory, and the advanced design should be guaranteed by the process
according to the operation and accident statistical analysis data of transformer equipment across the country over the years provided by the Academy of Electric Power Sciences, in recent years, the annual accident rate of 110kV and above voltage transformers across the country is as follows:
whether it is based on the number of transformers, it will also bring new opportunities for the future development of enterprises. The annual accident rate of transformers based on capacity shows a downward trend year by year, It is close to the goal of reducing the annual accident rate of transformers by 0.2 percentage points, that is, from 0.8% to less than 0.6%, proposed at the national transformer professional working conference held in Zengcheng, Guangdong Province, in April 1996
